Suppliers going live with a new buyer
Your customer wants to buy from you through Ariba, Coupa or SAP. Check your catalogue answers properly before their testing window opens.
Free tool from IoTree Minds
Test a cXML or SAP OCI PunchOut catalog the way a procurement system would. Find what breaks in setup, cart return and orders before your buyer does.
Who it's for
Your customer wants to buy from you through Ariba, Coupa or SAP. Check your catalogue answers properly before their testing window opens.
Building PunchOut on Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or your own stack? Send real setup requests and read the replies without a procurement system account.
When a supplier's catalogue stops working, find out whether the fault is in the setup, the cart or the order, and send the supplier the exact error.
What it checks
Sends a PunchOutSetupRequest with your identities and shared secret, and shows whether the catalogue accepted it and returned a StartPage.
Reads the PunchOutOrderMessage line by line: quantities, prices, currencies, part IDs, totals and the BuyerCookie.
Sends the returned cart as a test OrderRequest and checks the response a procurement system expects.
Opens the catalogue with OCI fields and shows the NEW_ITEM cart it posts back, with missing fields flagged.
Private by design
Requests sent through our server go to your catalogue and back. We don't log or store them.
Save a config for each buyer you test. It stays in your browser, and you can leave out passwords and secrets.
Testing a catalogue on an internal network? Send directly from your browser, and the request never touches our server.
Questions
IoTree Minds, a software development company in Bangalore. We build PunchOut integrations for suppliers, and built the tester for our own projects before making it free for everyone.
No. Your buyer will still test in their own system before go-live. The tester catches the common problems first, such as a rejected setup request, a cart that doesn't come back or prices in the wrong format, so that round of testing goes faster.
It tests what your catalogue sends and receives, not the platform behind it. Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build all work, as long as the catalogue speaks cXML or OCI.
There is no sign-up and the tool sets no cookies. Requests sent through our server are passed to your catalogue and back without being logged or stored, and saved configs stay in your own browser.
Yes. Tell us which procurement systems your buyers use and what your catalogue runs on, and we'll tell you what it takes.
IoTree Minds builds and supports cXML and OCI PunchOut for suppliers selling into Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer and SAP.
