What happens next

It is a starting point, not an audit. Reading your public pages tells us what you sell and the work that sits behind it; it cannot show us your systems, your data or your constraints. Everything worth deciding on comes out of the call that follows.
We use them to send you the plan and to follow up once. We do not sell them on, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Our privacy policy has the detail.
Your website address, the pages we read and anything you type about your business are sent to the AI service that writes the plan, and kept on our side so a second look at the same website is instant. Leave out anything confidential; a sentence about how the work happens today is all the plan needs.
No. Most of what we find is ordinary process work, and the honest answer for some of it is that AI is not the right tool yet. We would rather tell you that than sell you a pilot.
